In whatever form grief comes, it is intense, untamed, and painful. It’s difficult to even describe, and it is different for each person who experiences it. But for every grief, God has abundant, miraculous, healing grace, and He has it for you.

In this eight-week elective, learn from God’s Word how to not just go through grief, but to grow through grief. Each week will include relevant, practical teaching from Scripture and encouragement from others that will help you walk through the valley of grief with support and help from God’s Word. If you or someone you know is going through a time of grief, this elective will be a help to you.

Starting Point

If you have recently started attending Lancaster Baptist Church, Starting Point is the first step to discovering our beliefs, purpose and mission. You will meet our pastor and staff, learn about our history and have an opportunity to ask questions, and enjoy refreshments. Starting Point is a great place to begin finding connection and community in this local church. Dress for Starting Point is casual.
